What’s inside the registration form template

This registration form template signs people up for a class, club or program and collects what you need to confirm their place: contact details, the program they chose, an emergency contact and consent. Guardian questions only appear for under-18s. Set a capacity and Pulseware closes the form when it fills.

Questions about this template

Can I limit the number of registrations?

Yes. Set a response limit in Settings. When it is reached, the form shows your "program is full" message instead of the questions.

Can people pay when they register?

Payments are coming soon. For now, add bank-transfer details to the thank-you screen, or link to your payment page from it.

Do registrants need an account?

No. People fill in the form from a link, QR code or embed. You only sign in when you publish.
