Is Pulseware really free?
Yes. The Free plan covers unlimited surveys and unlimited responses for individuals during early access. CSV export, AI builder, all themes, all question types — all free. No credit card to start.
How is this different from SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or Google Forms?
SurveyMonkey is the legacy giant — heavy UI, signup wall, paywalls on the basics. Typeform looks lovely but you hit the response cap fast. Google Forms is free but the runner looks like 2008. Pulseware is for people who want a fast, modern survey maker without the signup tax or the upsell parade.
How do I share a survey?
Every published survey gets a clean link (
/s/your-slug). Share it directly, embed it (8 styles), drop it in an email, or hand out a QR code. Respondents go straight in — no signup, no popup.Can I export responses?

Do I need an account to build a survey?
No — you can build a full survey on this homepage right now, before signing up. You only need an email when you’re ready to publish and share it.
What question types do you support?
Short text, long text, single choice, multi choice, dropdown, yes/no, rating, NPS, email, date, plus layout blocks (heading, paragraph, divider, page break, section break). The essentials for 95% of surveys.
Does the AI builder actually work?

Is there a response limit?
No. Free covers unlimited responses while we’re in early access. We’ll be upfront if that changes.
Where is my data stored?
Supabase (Postgres) on AWS, Vercel for the app. We aim to host Australian customers’ data in an Australian region — see the Privacy policy.
Can I cancel and take my data?
Yes. CSV export is on the Free plan. You’re never locked in.
