Pulseware status

We don't run a separate status dashboard yet. This page is the canonical place to check whether anything is wrong, what we're aware of and what we're working on.

§1 Current status

All systems operational. Builder, response submission API, dashboard, export and magic-link email are running normally.

§2 What we monitor

• Builder availability at / and /free-survey-maker-no-sign-up.
• Response submission at /api/responses/[slug].
• Magic-link delivery through SendGrid.
• CSV and XLSX export at /api/surveys/[id]/export.
• Database availability (Supabase).
• AI drafting at /api/ai/draft-survey.

§3 Recent incidents

No incidents since launch.

§4 Reporting an issue

If something looks broken, please email support with the URL you were on, the time it happened and a screenshot if possible. We respond within 1 business day; faster for outages that affect response collection.

§5 Scheduled maintenance

We don't run scheduled downtime. Database upgrades and deploys are zero-downtime by default; if that ever changes, we will post the window here and email survey owners with active links.

§6 Third-party dependencies

Pulseware depends on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, auth), SendGrid (email) and OpenAI (AI drafting only). If one of these is degraded, the affected feature degrades with it. We mirror their public status here when an incident actively affects Pulseware users.
