Pulseware referral programme

Last updated: 18 September 2026

If Pulseware is useful to you, tell someone who needs a survey. They get a discount, you get a share of what they pay us, and nobody has to sit through a sales call.

The deal, in one line each

  • They get 50% off their first 3 months on a paid plan. It applies automatically at checkout — there is no code to remember.
  • You get 20% of what they pay us, up to US$150 for each person you refer. There is no limit on how many people you refer.
  • Free accounts can refer. You do not need to be a paying customer to earn.

How to share your link

Sign in and open your account page. Your link looks like pulseware.com.au/r/yourcode/. Anyone who follows it and creates an account is credited to you.

The terms

  1. One referrer per customer. The first referral link someone follows is the one that counts, and it does not change later.
  2. The referral has to be recorded before the first payment. We cannot credit a referral for someone who was already a paying customer.
  3. No self-referral. Referring yourself, a second account of your own, or accounts you control is not eligible.
  4. No paid ads and no coupon sites. Do not bid on Pulseware brand terms, and do not publish the link as a public discount offer.
  5. Rewards follow the money. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the matching share comes off your balance. If a subscription ends, nothing further accrues from it.
  6. The cap is per person referred (US$150), not per year and not in total.
  7. Payouts are manual. Your account page shows what has accrued. Ask us and we will arrange the payment. There is no minimum and no expiry, and we will tell you before anything about that changes.
  8. We can end or change the programme, and we will give notice here before we do. Rewards already accrued are still paid.
  9. Tax is yours. A referral reward may be income where you live; we do not withhold tax and we cannot advise on it.

What we track, and what we do not

A referral link stores one first-party cookie that remembers the code, for 90 days. It carries no identifier and no third-party tracker. We do not write it at all when a visitor's browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or when they are in the EU, the EEA or the UK — we have no consent banner, so we simply do not store it, and those clicks are not credited. See the privacy policy for the full list.

The person you referred never sees your name, and you never see their email address: your account page shows a masked label such as j•••e@e•••.com so you can recognise who you invited.

Questions

Do I need a paid plan to refer someone?

No. Anyone with a Pulseware account can share their link and earn, including people on the Free plan.

When do I earn?

When the person you referred starts paying. You earn 20% of each payment they make, up to US$150 for that person. If they stay on the Free plan for ever, you earn nothing — and they still get a survey tool that does the job.

How do I get paid?

Manually, for now. There is no automatic payout and no button in the dashboard. Your account page shows exactly what has accrued; get in touch when you would like it paid and we will arrange it. We would rather say that plainly than build a payments promise we cannot keep yet.

How long does my link keep working?

A click is remembered for 90 days in a first-party cookie, so someone who signs up weeks later is still credited to you. If they clear cookies, refuse them, or turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not track the click at all — and neither do we credit it.

What if two people refer the same person?

The first referral link they follow wins, and that never changes afterwards.

Can I refer myself?

No. A second account of your own is not a referral, and the system refuses it.

Can I advertise my link?

Not on paid ads, and not as a public "sale". Share it with people you would recommend Pulseware to anyway — in a post, a newsletter, a message, a comparison you have written. Bidding on Pulseware search terms or listing the link on coupon sites ends the arrangement.

Does the discount stack with anything else?

No. The referral discount replaces other promotion codes at checkout, so you will not see the promo code box on a referred checkout.

Anything else, get in touch.
