We try to be honest about plan boundaries rather than hide them behind small print.

    Creator plan: A$19 per month or A$180 per year. 25 active polls, 10,000 votes per month, optional branding removal, up to 100 live participants once live polling ships.

Every Pulseware poll runs anonymous by default. No name, no email, no raw IP — we keep a one-way IP hash for abuse detection only. To collect names or emails you add a lead-capture step with explicit consent text shown to the voter before they share. How many votes can I collect on the Free plan?
The Free plan covers 5 active polls and 1,000 votes per month, which is enough for most one-off polls. The Creator plan (A$19/month) lifts the limit to 25 polls and 10,000 votes; the Pro plan (A$49/month) goes to 100 polls and 50,000 votes per month.
What poll question types does Pulseware support?
Nine types in P0: single-choice, multi-select, yes/no (with optional Maybe), rating scales, NPS, image-choice, open-text, ranked-choice and word-cloud. The same builder lets you mix any of them in a single poll if you want a richer instrument.
Do I need to make an account to start?
No. You can build a poll, preview it on mobile and desktop, and edit it before signing in. We only ask for an email when you click Publish — using a magic-link login, no password.
How do voters access the poll?
Every published poll gets a short public URL (e.g. /p/abc123), a QR code generated server-side, and eight embed snippets for your website. You can rotate the URL or close the poll any time from the dashboard.
Will the same person be able to vote twice?
You choose. The default duplicate-mode is "cookie" (one vote per browser); switch to "cookie + IP hash" for stricter polls or "verified" (P3) for invitation-only voting. None of these store raw IPs — Pulseware persists a one-way hash for abuse detection only.
How do I see results?
Each poll has a public results page at /p/{slug}/results. It updates as votes arrive on the async polling path (no page reload needed). Results are sharable, embeddable, and exportable to CSV from the dashboard.
Is the AI question helper available for polls?
The Pulseware AI question helper drafts survey questions today and will support poll-specific drafting in P0 alongside the polls launch. For now, prompt the survey AI ("Draft a 1-question yes/no poll about office return-to-work") and turn the draft into a poll in two clicks.
