Connecting your survey to other tools

Webhooks post a JSON payload to any URL you control. Slack and Discord drop a message in a channel. Google Sheets, Notion and Airtable append a row or a page.

All of them are on the free plan — which is worth saying out loud, because most survey tools put the useful destinations behind a paid tier. See the full feature list for what else the free plan covers, or Pulseware for the short version.

If a tool is not in the list above, one of Zapier, Make or n8n almost certainly reaches it. They all take a webhook trigger, so the setup is the same: copy the URL they give you, paste it into a webhook integration, send a test response.

An email to you on every response is free. A confirmation email to the respondent — with a copy of their answers — is on Pulseware Pro, along with setting the sender name, reply-to address, subject and message.

Notification volume counts against the published fair-use thresholds like everything else, so a survey that emails several people per response adds up faster than you might expect.

There is no public API and no way to send notification email from your own domain yet. Both are on the roadmap and neither is available today — we would rather say so than let you find out after you have paid.
