Quiz maker · Personality · Trivia · Scored quizzes
Make a quiz people actually want to take.
Build a personality quiz, a trivia game, a scored knowledge test, or a BuzzFeed-style "which one are you?" quiz. Draft questions with AI, score them automatically, and share the result page anywhere — free, unlimited responses, no sign-up needed to start.
Free · No credit card · Personality / trivia / scored result types · Unlimited respondents
Four quiz types, one builder.
Pulseware ships templates for the quiz formats people actually share. Pick a starting point and edit; the scoring logic is set up for you.
-
Personality quiz
Map answers to archetypes. Show the respondent which one they are. The shareable result page is the engine of viral reach.
Example: "Which leadership style are you?"
-
Trivia / knowledge test
Right vs wrong scoring with a final percentage. Use it for onboarding checks, training modules, or fan trivia.
Example: "How well do you know the rules of cricket?"
-
BuzzFeed-style result quiz
Light-tone questions, four to six result types, a screenshot-friendly result card. Built for distribution.
Example: "Which Australian dessert are you?"
-
Self-assessment
Score the respondent against a rubric — stress level, skill level, readiness. Useful as a lead-magnet or onboarding step.
Example: "How burnt out are you, really?"
How quiz scoring works.
Two scoring modes, configured in the builder — no formulas, no spreadsheets.
Archetype scoring
Each answer option maps to one or more result types. At the end of the quiz, the highest-scoring archetype is shown — with its own headline, description, and image.
Used by: personality quizzes, BuzzFeed-style quizzes, self-assessments.
Right / wrong scoring
Each question has a correct answer. The result is the percentage of correct answers, with optional thresholds for "Expert / Pro / Beginner" bands.
Used by: trivia, knowledge checks, training quizzes.
Example: a 6-question personality quiz.
"Which leadership style are you?" — six questions, four archetypes, one shareable result. This is the default template you get when you click Create a quiz.

Four result types: The Strategist · The Coach · The Operator · The Visionary. Each gets its own result page, shareable URL, and screenshot-friendly card.
AI prompt examples for quizzes.
Paste any of these into the Pulseware AI builder and you'll get a ready-to-edit quiz draft — questions, answer choices, and the result mapping.
"Create a 12-question personality quiz about leadership style, with four result archetypes."
"Make a 10-question trivia quiz on 1990s Australian music with right/wrong scoring."
"Build a 6-question quiz called Which side hustle suits you? with five result types."
"Write a short stress-check self-assessment with a 0–100 score and a personalised result page."
Why people actually share quizzes.
The numbers say: personality quizzes get shared roughly an order of magnitude more than the surveys around them. Three reasons keep showing up.
- The result feels personal. A result that names them ("You're a Strategist") is more shareable than a percentage. Pulseware lets you write the archetype copy yourself.
- It's screenshot-friendly. The result page is designed for the iPhone screenshot loop — bold archetype name, one-line description, share button. No "view full report" gate.
- The link is unique to them. Every respondent gets a result URL they can post. When their friends click, the quiz runs again — and the result is theirs, not the original respondent's.

How this page was created
This page was written and reviewed by the Pulseware product team. We scoped it against the quiz-shaped surveys we already see being built on Pulseware — pub trivia, course knowledge checks, lead-gen "what type are you" flows — and called out clearly where Pulseware fits and where a dedicated scored-quiz platform is the better tool.
We re-check this page when the runner adds any quiz-relevant behaviour (branching, conditional pages, scoring).
