Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Unlimited surveys, unlimited responses, AI builder, CSV export, all question types, all themes — on the house. No credit card to start.
What does Pro add?
Pro is for teams that want a polished branded experience: your logo and colours on the runner, a custom domain (CNAME), the “Made with Pulseware” mark removed, webhook + Slack notifications, and priority email support. Everything on the Free plan is included.
When does Pro launch?
Pro is built; we are wiring up Stripe billing and the custom-domain DNS layer. Start on the Free plan now — when Pro lands you can switch over from inside your dashboard, no waitlist.
How will billing work?
Monthly via Stripe (all major cards). No invoicing or POs in the MVP — that arrives for enterprise once we get there.
Will my data be hostage to a paid plan?
No. CSV and Excel export are on the Free plan. Your survey content and response data is yours, exportable any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time — you keep access until the end of your current billing period and revert to the Free plan with your data intact.
Will pricing change before Pro launches?
$19/mo is the target. If we change it, anyone who has signed up before then will be grandfathered on the original rate for at least their first 12 months.
