Pulseware is a small, independent product. We don't have a 50-person support team and we don't want one. We do answer real questions from real humans.

Best ways to reach us

  • Product feedback or feature requests — open the in-product feedback form (top-right of the dashboard once signed in).
  • Bug reports — same in-product form; include browser and steps.
  • Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion of personal information) — use the data controls in your dashboard once signed in. For respondent rights, see privacy policy §7.
  • Security disclosures — see the security page for the responsible-disclosure process.
  • Press, partnerships, or anything else — open an issue or DM us through our public roadmap, linked in the dashboard.

Australian business contact

Pulseware is operated from Australia. Our business address is available on request via the in-product channels above; we don't publish it on a public page to limit address-harvester spam.

Response times

Free-plan users: best-effort, usually within 2–3 business days. Pro plan (when launched): same business day on weekdays.

What we won't do

We won't sell your data, send marketing emails you didn't sign up for, or use your responses to train AI models without explicit per-survey opt-in.
