What’s inside the order form template

This order form template takes product orders without a checkout. Customers enter a quantity for each item, choose pickup or delivery, pick a preferred date and leave their contact details. Pulseware adds up the order and shows the total on the thank-you screen. It does not take payment: the ending tells customers you will send an invoice, or that they pay on pickup. Publish it as an online order form or embed it on your site.

Why this template works

Questions about this template

Can the order form take payment?

No. Pulseware has no payment question. The form records the order and shows the total, and the thank-you screen tells the customer how to pay: an emailed invoice, a bank transfer, or card or cash on pickup. You can also put a button to your own payment page on the thank-you screen.

Does it total the order automatically?

Yes. A calculation rule multiplies each quantity by its price and adds the delivery fee when delivery is chosen. When you change a price, change the same number in the "Add up the order" rule.

Can I embed the order form on my website?

Yes. Publish it, open Share and copy an embed code: inline, pop-up, slider or side tab. It works on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix and plain HTML.

How do I receive each order?

Every order is saved in Pulseware and exports to CSV or Excel. Turn on "Email me" to get each one in your inbox, or send orders to Google Sheets, Slack or a webhook.

What happens if someone orders nothing?

The form stops after the items page and asks them to add at least one item.

Can I stop orders after a cut-off?

Yes. Schedule the form to close at a set time, or set a response limit for a limited run.
