360 Degree feedback the smart way
Previously gathering, collating and analysing data from very few staff would be an expensive, timely and error prone process. PulseEFM simplifies the process of 360 degree feedback allowing an organization with 30,000 staff to distribute, collate and analyze results literally in minutes (or as quickly as your staff respond!)

Why its critical to conduct a 360 degree survey
Recent research by Arizona State University has linked improvements in overall employee job satisfaction and engagement to organisations conducting 360 degree surveys. Researcher’s hypothesized employees felt their leaders had a greater concern for their well being and development. The employees also had reduced intent to leave after the surveys were conducted.
